Terms of Use
The terms for using Kicklet and Kicklet Plus, including the medical disclaimer and subscription terms.
1. Not medical advice
Kicklet helps you record your baby's movements and your contractions. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or monitor your health or your baby's. Always follow your midwife's or doctor's advice. If you notice fewer movements, a change in pattern, bleeding, your waters breaking, or anything that worries you, contact your provider or hospital immediately — do not wait for the app.
2. Kicklet Plus
Kicklet Plus is available as an auto-renewing subscription (yearly or monthly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Your data
Your records stay on your device. You are responsible for your device backups.
4. Availability
We may update or change features. The app is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
5. Apple's Standard EULA
Your use of Kicklet is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
