These Terms apply to Wedding App Planner, developed and published by Sedat Ateş. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.

1. Planning tools

Wedding App Planner helps you manage wedding tasks, guests, budgets, expenses, vendors, seating and calendar events. You are responsible for checking plans, dates, guest information, calculations and bookings. The app is a planning tool and is not a wedding organizer, vendor, payment intermediary or professional adviser.

2. Collaboration and your content

You retain rights to the information you enter. You authorize processing of that content by the app and the providers described in the Privacy Policy as needed for storage, collaboration and requested features. Invite people only when you intend to give them access to the shared wedding. Their access depends on the app's role and permission controls. Enter or import guest contact details only with appropriate authorization. Exports and records already shared with others may remain with them after you remove them from the app.

3. AI suggestions and vendor results

Google Gemini can generate wedding plans and task suggestions using the questionnaire and wedding context you submit. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your budget, culture or circumstances; review it before acting. Vendor searches and Google Places results do not guarantee current prices, availability, quality or a supplier's suitability. Verify information with the supplier. Bookings and contracts are between you and the relevant provider, and an appearance in a search is not an endorsement.

4. Premium purchases and feature limits

Available prices, billing periods, trials and limits are displayed before purchase. App Store payments and refunds are handled by Apple; RevenueCat manages entitlement and restoration. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled under the store's rules. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Cancellation generally stops a future renewal, and deleting the app or your account does not itself cancel a subscription. AI or vendor search features may have usage limits and depend on backend availability.

5. Accounts, permissions and records

Keep your account and device secure. Use only wedding records you are authorized to access. Contacts, calendar, location and notification permissions are optional for the relevant feature and can be changed in device settings. Internet access is required for cloud operations and remote suggestions. Maintain separate copies of important plans, bookings and guest or budget records; the app does not guarantee recovery of deleted data.

6. License and acceptable use

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful wedding planning on compatible devices you own or control, subject to applicable store rules. The software and branding remain owned by or licensed to the developer. Do not interfere with security, access other users' data, abuse invitations or AI services, circumvent purchase controls, or unlawfully copy or distribute the app. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only as permitted by law.

7. Availability and mandatory rights

Features, compatibility and availability may change. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free suggestions or a particular wedding outcome. Any disclaimer or limitation of liability applies only as permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

8. Privacy, changes and contact

The Wedding App Planner Privacy Policy describes data processing by Supabase, Google, OneSignal, RevenueCat and platform services. You can stop using the app at any time; we may restrict use for abuse or legal reasons. We may update these Terms with a revised date and any notice required by law.
