These Terms apply to Shikaku: Rectangle Puzzle, developed and published by Sedat Ateş. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

1. The game

Shikaku is a logic game in which you divide a grid into rectangles: each rectangle contains one number and has the area indicated by that number. Features include daily puzzles, difficulty levels, hints, timers and progress statistics. It is provided for personal entertainment.

2. License and acceptable use

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on a compatible device you own or control, subject to applicable store rules. You must not unlawfully copy or distribute the app, interfere with its security, use cheats or unauthorized automation, or infringe another person's rights. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only where permitted by law. The app's software, artwork and branding remain owned by or licensed to the developer.

3. Progress and availability

Progress, best times, streaks and settings are stored on your device. They may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear its data or change devices. We do not promise cross-device synchronization or recovery of deleted progress. Puzzle availability, compatibility and features may change with updates.

4. Ads and notifications

The app displays third-party ads through Google AdMob and uses Google Analytics for Firebase and OneSignal for analytics and notifications. Ads may vary with your consent choices and device settings. An advertisement is not an endorsement; purchases or other interactions with an advertiser are subject to that advertiser's terms. You can manage notification and tracking permissions in device settings and advertising consent through the choices offered in the app.

5. Privacy

Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy for Shikaku: Rectangle Puzzle. Google and OneSignal services are also governed by their applicable terms and policies.

6. Eligibility, updates and termination

If you cannot legally agree to these Terms, a parent or guardian must authorize your use. Shikaku is not specifically directed to children under 13. You may stop using it at any time. We may restrict access for misuse or legal reasons and may change or discontinue features, subject to applicable law. Material changes to these Terms will be identified by an updated date and any notice required by law.

7. Disclaimers and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, preserved progress or fitness for a particular purpose. Any exclusion or limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
