Terms of Use
The terms for using Pumplet and Pumplet Plus, including the medical disclaimer and purchase terms.
1. Not medical advice
Pumplet helps you record pumping sessions, bottles and your stored milk. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or monitor your health, your milk supply or your baby's feeding. Storage labels follow public CDC guidance for healthy, full-term babies and are for information only. Always follow the advice of your lactation consultant, midwife or doctor.
2. Pumplet Plus
Pumplet Plus is available as a one-time lifetime purchase or an auto-renewing yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Your data
Your records stay on your device. You are responsible for your device backups; Pumplet can export a backup file to Files.
4. Availability
We may update or change features. The app is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
5. Apple's Standard EULA
Your use of Pumplet is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
