Terms of Use
Terms for creating and sharing invoices and estimates in Invoice Studio, including data responsibilities and premium purchases.
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These Terms apply to Invoice Studio: Quick Invoices, developed and published by Sedat Ateş. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.
1. Invoices and estimates
Invoice Studio helps you prepare invoices, estimates, customer records and product or service lists, calculate displayed totals and create PDF documents. You are responsible for checking customer details, invoice numbers, currency, amounts, tax rates, payment terms and the final document before sending it. The app does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice and does not guarantee that a document satisfies every jurisdiction's invoicing or electronic reporting requirements.
2. Your records and permissions
You retain rights to business content you enter. You authorize us and the service providers described in the Privacy Policy to process it as needed to provide the app, including cloud storage and PDF generation. You must have authority to use customer details, logos and other content you upload. Do not submit unlawful material, access another user's records or use the app for fraud. You choose the recipients of documents you share and are responsible for their contents.
3. Guest sessions and data access
The app can create a Supabase guest session and associate cloud records with its identifier. Access depends on retaining the session credentials. Uninstalling, resetting a device or losing the session may affect recovery of records. Keep independent copies of invoices and estimates, especially records you must retain for legal or business reasons. Cloud storage is not a guarantee of permanent availability or automatic recovery.
4. Premium purchases
Available plans, prices, billing periods, trial conditions and feature limits are shown before purchase. Payment and refunds are handled by the store through which you buy. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled under that store's rules; cancellation normally ends future renewal rather than refunding the current period. Manage App Store subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. RevenueCat manages purchase access and restoration. Removing the app or requesting data deletion does not itself cancel a subscription.
5. License and third-party services
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own legitimate invoicing activities on a compatible device you own or control, subject to applicable store rules. The software, templates and branding remain owned by or licensed to the developer. Do not unlawfully copy or resell the app, circumvent purchase controls or interfere with its security. Reverse-engineering restrictions apply only as permitted by law. Supabase, RevenueCat, OneSignal, Expo and applicable platform services may have their own terms.
6. Availability and consumer rights
Some functions require internet access. Features, compatibility, access limits and availability may change. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free calculations, preserved data or suitability for a particular business requirement. Any limitation of liability applies only as allowed by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Privacy, changes and contact
The Invoice Studio Privacy Policy explains handling of business records and provider data. You may stop using the app at any time; we may restrict use for abuse or legal reasons. We may revise these Terms, with the date above and any notice required by law. If you cannot legally agree to these Terms, obtain authorization from a parent or guardian.
