How Invoice Studio handles business and customer details, invoices, estimates, cloud PDFs, notifications and purchases.

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to Invoice Studio: Quick Invoices, developed and published by Sedat Ateş. It covers the information used to create invoices and estimates and maintain your business records.

1. Identity and business records

Invoice Studio uses Supabase authentication, including an automatically created guest session, to associate records with a user identifier. A guest session is still a backend account and does not mean the app is entirely local or anonymous to its providers. Information can include profile details, business name, address, email, phone, logo and settings; customer contact details; products and services; invoice and estimate numbers, line items, prices, taxes, dates, status and notes.

2. Cloud storage, PDFs and sharing

Supabase provides database and file storage. Business profiles, customers, invoices, estimates and product records are stored under your user identifier. Logos and generated invoice PDF files can be uploaded to Supabase Storage. The app can obtain a time-limited link to a stored PDF. When you export or share an invoice, the information it contains is made available to the destination or recipient you choose. Only enter customer or other third-party information that you are authorized to use.

3. Purchases and notifications

Apple or the relevant app store processes purchases. RevenueCat receives your app user identifier, purchase and entitlement records and basic device/app details to manage premium access and restore purchases. We do not receive payment card details from the app store. OneSignal supports push notifications and may process push tokens, device/subscription identifiers, IP addresses, device and app details and delivery or interaction events. You can change notification permission in device settings.

4. Technical and support information

Backend and service providers may process IP addresses, request timestamps, device/app information and operational logs to provide, protect and troubleshoot their services. Expo supports the app's runtime and update infrastructure where used; update requests can involve technical connection and app-version information. If you email us, we receive your email and the information you send. The app's business and billing records are not limited to aggregated or anonymized data.

5. Providers and purposes

We process information to maintain business records, generate and retrieve invoices, provide sharing, manage purchase access and notifications, answer support requests and meet legal duties. Applicable legal bases may include providing the requested service, consent where required, legitimate interests in security and support, and legal obligations. Providers may process data outside your country. See Supabase — https://supabase.com/privacy; RevenueCat — https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/; OneSignal — https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy; Expo — https://expo.dev/privacy. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse or security incidents.

6. Retention, security and your control

Cloud records are retained while needed to provide the service and meet applicable obligations. Provider logs, backups and purchase records may follow separate retention schedules. Uninstalling does not erase server-side records, and a guest session may be difficult to recover after local credentials are lost. Keep copies of documents you must retain. We use reasonable security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You can edit or delete records through supported app controls, revoke optional permissions and contact us about cloud-data deletion or access. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to correction, portability, restrictions, objection, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to a data-protection authority.

7. Children, contact and changes

Invoice Studio is not specifically directed to children under 13. For privacy requests, support or child-related concerns, contact Sedat Ateş at sedatates.dev@gmail.com. We will revise this policy and its date when the app's practices change.
