This Privacy Policy explains how Havena: Block Puzzle (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), developed and published by Sedat Ateş, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the App on Android or iOS.
By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not require you to create an account and does not directly request personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, or payment information.
However, the App uses third-party services that may automatically collect or process certain technical and usage information.
The information processed may include:
- Device type, device model, operating system, and operating system version
- App version and language settings
- Device or advertising identifiers
- Push notification token
- IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address
- App launches, game sessions, screen views, taps, and other interactions
- Advertisement impressions, clicks, and related advertising events
- Crash reports, diagnostic information, and performance data
- Notification delivery, opening, and interaction information
We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location, contact lists, photographs, messages, or other files stored on your device.
2. How We Use Information
Information collected through the App may be used to:
- Understand how users interact with the App
- Measure engagement and improve gameplay
- Identify and resolve crashes, bugs, and performance issues
- Display and measure advertisements
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising activity
- Deliver push notifications when permission has been granted

We do not use analytics information to directly identify individual users.
3. Google AdMob
The App uses Google AdMob, provided by Google, to display advertisements.
AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process information such as:
- IP address
- Advertising identifiers and other device identifiers
- App and advertisement interactions
- Advertisement impressions and clicks
- Device and operating system information
- Diagnostic and performance information
- Approximate location inferred from the IP address
This information may be used for advertisement delivery, advertisement measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and, where permitted and consented to, personalized advertising.
Depending on your location, consent choices, device settings, and our advertising configuration, you may receive personalized, non-personalized, limited, or contextual advertisements.
Google processes information according to its own privacy policies and data-processing terms.
4. Firebase Analytics
The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase, provided by Google, to understand how the App is used and to improve its functionality.
Firebase Analytics may automatically record information and events such as:
- App launches and session duration
- Screen views and gameplay interactions
- Device and operating system information
- App version and general technical information
- Approximate location based on IP address
- Advertising identifiers or app-instance identifiers
- Advertisement impressions and engagement
- General usage and engagement statistics
We use this information in aggregated or pseudonymous form to evaluate the performance of the App, understand usage patterns, and improve the user experience.
5. OneSignal
The App uses OneSignal to provide push notifications.
When push notifications are enabled, OneSignal may process information such as:
- Push notification token
- Device and operating system information
- App version
- Language and time-zone information
- IP address
- Notification subscription status
- Notification delivery and interaction events
- OneSignal-generated device or subscription identifiers
This information is used to deliver notifications, manage notification subscriptions, measure notification performance, and maintain the reliability of the notification service.
You can disable push notifications at any time through your device’s notification settings.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable under data-protection laws, we process information on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Your consent
- Our legitimate interest in operating, securing, analyzing, and improving the App
- Performance of services requested by you
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Prevention of fraud, abuse, and security incidents
Where consent is legally required for personalized advertising, device storage, tracking, or similar processing, we or our consent-management provider will request consent before the relevant processing occurs.
You may withdraw your consent through the privacy options presented in the App, where available, or through your device settings.
7. Advertising and Tracking Choices
Depending on your device and region, you may be able to control advertising and tracking through:
- The privacy or consent options displayed in the App
- iOS tracking and privacy settings
- Android advertising privacy settings
- Resetting or deleting your device’s advertising identifier
- Disabling personalized advertisements
- Disabling push notifications through device settings
Limiting tracking or advertising identifiers does not necessarily prevent advertisements from being displayed. It may result in advertisements being less personalized.
8. Sharing of Information
We may share or allow information to be processed by service providers that help us operate the App, including:
- Google AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- OneSignal
- Apple, for iOS platform services
- Google, for Android platform services
These providers may process information on our behalf or as independent data controllers, depending on the service and applicable law.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests
- Protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or the App
- Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Enforce applicable agreements and policies
- Complete a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or transfer of the App, subject to applicable legal requirements
We do not directly sell users’ names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or other contact information.
9. International Data Transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards may be used for international data transfers, including contractual protections or recognized transfer mechanisms.
10. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide and maintain the App

- Deliver and measure advertisements and notifications

- Comply with legal obligations

Third-party providers may retain information according to their own privacy policies and retention schedules.
Analytics and advertising information may be aggregated or anonymized so that it can no longer reasonably be associated with a particular user.

Information transmitted by third-party SDKs is generally protected using encrypted network connections. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly request or directly collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or other direct contact information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so that we can review the request and take appropriate action.
Where applicable, advertising and data-processing settings may be adjusted to comply with laws concerning children and users under the applicable age of consent.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your country or region, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal information associated with you
- Request correction or deletion of personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent
- Request data portability
- Opt out of certain targeted advertising or data sharing
- Submit a complaint to a competent data-protection authority
Because the App does not require an account, we may not always be able to associate analytics or advertising information with a particular individual. We may request information necessary to verify and process a privacy request.

14. Third-Party Links and Advertisements
The App may display advertisements or links that lead to third-party applications, stores, websites, or services.
We do not control the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party services. Your interaction with those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, third-party services, legal requirements, or data-processing practices.
When this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will include a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or another appropriate method where required.
