This Privacy Policy explains how Bounce Fort: Brick Breaker (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), developed and published by Sedat Ateş, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the App on iOS.

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require you to create an account and does not directly request personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, or postal address. Your game progress is stored on your device.

The App uses third-party services that may automatically collect or process certain technical and usage information, including:

  • Device type, device model, operating system, and operating system version
  • App version and language settings
  • Device or advertising identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA, only if you allow tracking)
  • IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address
  • Gameplay events such as levels started and finished, power cards chosen, upgrades bought and chests opened
  • Advertisement impressions, clicks, and rewarded video views
  • In-app purchase records (product, date and status, provided by Apple; we never receive your payment card details)
  • Crash, diagnostic, and performance information

We do not collect precise GPS location, contact lists, photographs, messages, or other files stored on your device.

2. How We Use Information

  • Understand how players interact with the App and balance its difficulty
  • Identify and fix crashes, bugs, and performance issues
  • Display and measure advertisements, and grant rewards for rewarded videos
  • Process, verify, and restore in-app purchases such as Remove Ads
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising activity, and comply with legal requirements

We do not use analytics information to directly identify individual players.

3. Google AdMob

The App uses Google AdMob, provided by Google, to show interstitial advertisements between levels and optional rewarded videos. AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process your IP address, advertising and device identifiers, device and operating system information, and advertisement interactions for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted and consented to, personalized advertising.

Where required (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the App asks for your consent through Google’s User Messaging Platform before personalized advertising. On iOS, the App asks for permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing your advertising identifier. If you decline, you may still see non-personalized ads.

4. Firebase Analytics

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used. It may record app launches and session length, gameplay events, device and app version information, approximate location based on IP address, app-instance identifiers, and advertising events. We use this information in aggregated or pseudonymous form to improve the game.

5. In-App Purchases (Apple and RevenueCat)

The App offers a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never receive or store your payment details. We use RevenueCat to verify purchases and to let you restore them on other devices. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, purchase receipts and transaction details, device type, operating system, App version, and country or region.

6. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable under data-protection laws, we process information based on your consent, our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the App, the performance of services you request (such as purchases), and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent through the privacy options in the App, where available, or through your device settings.

7. Advertising and Tracking Choices

  • Use the consent options shown in the App
  • Turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
  • Buy Remove Ads to stop advertisements between levels (rewarded videos stay optional)

Limiting tracking does not necessarily stop advertisements from being shown; it may make them less personalized.

8. Sharing of Information

Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the App: Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, RevenueCat, and Apple. These providers may act on our behalf or as independent data controllers, according to their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect the rights and safety of players or the App, or investigate fraud or abuse. We do not sell players’ names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or other contact information.

9. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections are used.

10. Data Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the App, deliver and measure advertisements, verify purchases, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Third-party providers retain information according to their own schedules. Information sent by third-party SDKs is generally protected with encrypted connections, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, request data portability, opt out of targeted advertising, and complain to a data-protection authority. Because the App has no accounts, we may not always be able to link analytics or advertising information to a particular person. To make a request, contact us at the email below.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will carry a new “Last updated” date, and material changes may also be announced in the App where required.
